Born in Sitka Alaska, when not being creative at the salon Grace enjoys hiking, camping, road trips and binge watching her favorite shows on Netflix.

Portland Oregon native, Bree graduated from the Phagan's School of Hair Design in 2018. Bree was inspired to become a Hairdresser from growing up as an emo/scene kid and experimenting with her own hair. She loves helping others express themselves through their hair and bring smiles to their faces.  When not behind the chair Bree likes to pc game, watch anime, cosplay, and spend time with her cats.

Cynthia focuses her talents on modern men's styles and fades as well as men's and women's perms, women's hair cutting and blow dry styling. She enjoys being creative and helping people feel and look their best. When not behind the chair Cynthia enjoys spending time with her husband and her giant mastiff Maverick.

Licensed since 2003 Nikki graduated from Northwest College of Hair Design. She grew up always knowing she wanted to be a hairstylist. Nikki loves continuing her education, staying up-to-date on the current trends and perfecting classics like bobs, a-lines and pixies. Born and raised in Portland Oregon Nikki also has a passion for making craft beers and ciders in her spare time, as well as hanging with her pets and reading.

Besides hair she loves cooking and doing anything outdoors. 

Cindy Hanel

Cindy has always enjoyed playing with hair. She has been licensed since 1974 and studied at Multnomah College of Hair Design. When she is away from the salon she enjoys crochet, cross stitch, reading and baking. Cindy is also a seasoned bowler and on a competitive bowling league in Portland.

Allison Owens

Allison grew up in Oregon City and enjoys hanging out with her daughter, going on trail walks and nourishing her friendships. Licensed since 2015, Allison graduated from the Bella Institute of Portland. Ever since the 2nd grade Allison knew that she wanted to be a hair stylist when she grew up. Her passion for getting to know people and her gift of helping them embrace their inner confidence on the outside is what Allison enjoys most about being behind the styling chair.

A place where stylists can be themselves and be successful. When not managing the salon he enjoys paddle boarding, snowboarding, playing guitar, attending music festivals, and driving to the coast.
